Dentists are an indispensable part of the medical field, tasked with delivering safe and effective dental care to patients. Dentists are specialized professionals who diagnose and provide treatments for a variety of oral health issues. An undergraduate degree in dentistry will set a platform on which to build the knowledge and skills required for a career in this field.
The Faculty of Stomatology (Dentistry) at Tbilisi State Medical University is one of the most popular and leading among all faculties of the University. Attraction to the dentistry program is especially high among students. The faculty has all provisions for rearing the new generations. The primary aim is to make the graduate of the Faculty of Stomatology at TSMU a citizen of credit and competitive specialist, armed with a profound theoretical background and perfectly skilled in all practical branches of Stomatology, which will be a provision for future success in their medical activity. The English Medium Undergraduate Program of Qualified Stomatologist has been functioning from 2017 onwards.
University prepares students to achieve a basic theoretical knowledge and developed clinical skills to perform his/her professional role and functions as doctor of Dental Medicine. Assimilation of practical skills on the phantoms, participation in discussions on clinical cases, attending lectures, seminars, practical courses, work with referral papers, presentations and are participating in discussions are part of the program.
The Faculty of Stomatology has 3 clinical bases staffed with highly qualified specialists, these are: University Dental Clinic named after Apolon Urushadze TSMU N.1 Dental Clinic TSMU N.2 Pediatric Dental Clinic. Besides these, the Center of Clinical Skills is performing at A. Urushadze Central Dental Clinic of TSMU, where the initial year students gets the opportunity to get trained in practical skills on phantoms, including all kinds of clinical manipulations and interventions

- Candidates will be provided with the interview date after all documents have been submitted and approved
- Candidates documents will be processed for Ministry approvals
- After Ministry approvals, candidate will be provided with an invitation letter
